Terms and Conditions
School Policies
Lessons:
Lessons are billed in advance for the upcoming term. In order to reserve the student’s current lesson time, school fees must be paid in full by the due date.
Mid-term enrolments are billed for the remaining weeks in the term.
Students will not be billed for classes that fall on a public holiday.
A student who wishes to withdraw from the school before the term finishes must do so within the first four lessons of that term in order to receive a refund of the terms remaining lessons.
Manor Vale House assumes no responsibility for children left unsupervised at the school that are not in a piano lesson.
Make Up Lessons:
If a student is unable to attend a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours notice in order to receive a make-up lesson, otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.
The school accommodates for two cancellations per term (given that 24 hrs notice is provided) which may be made up at a mutually convenient time. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued and deducted off the next term fees.
Please note that these make-up lessons are unable to be rescheduled, and must be used within the current term - they do not roll over into the subsequent term.
In the unlikely event that the teacher cannot attend a lesson, students will be notified immediately and the school will organise an alternative time for a make-up lesson.
